About Appointments

We work by appointment so each client gets our full attention. New clients are welcome. The first conversation is usually short — what's your situation, what documents exist, and whether we're a good fit. There's no charge for that initial talk, and no obligation. If your matter is urgent — an IRS notice with a deadline, for example — say so when you call and we'll prioritize it.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Once we connect, the process is simple:

  1. Initial conversation — we talk through your situation and tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.
  2. Document review — for most engagements, we look at your prior return or records before quoting fees.
  3. Engagement letter — scope, responsibilities and fees in writing, signed before work starts.
  4. The work — completed accurately, on time, with questions answered along the way.
